Edugami
Conversational pedagogy
Interactive workshops to understand AI through plastic issues. With the Plastic Dilemma project, Edugami offers schools an active intervention where students investigate, debate and develop their critical thinking.
01 · Project summary
What is Edugami?
Edugami is a Geneva-based educational agency that designs media and digital literacy workshops for secondary school students. Its method is rooted in active pedagogy: rather than transmitting knowledge, it places students in situations of inquiry, debate and decision-making.
The flagship project — the Plastic Dilemma — combines a conversational AI avatar (Peter), curated documentary sources and an interactive experience to explore plastic pollution, recycling and health issues. AI is not an answer tool: it guides, questions and supports students' thinking.
Edugami fits into the GamiWays trajectory as the founding prototype for the Edugami use case: demonstrating that a voice conversation with an AI character can convey a complex topic in class, reproducible across other documentary themes.

Workshop content
Three complementary modules (90 min each)
Plastic Issues
Understanding plastic pollution, its sources (including Lake Geneva), recycling and its limits, and health impacts.
- ✓Systemic understanding: pollution, recycling, microplastics, human health
- ✓Debate anchors: controversies, obstacles, false solutions
- ✓Inquiry posture rather than moral judgment
Plastic Dilemma — interactive experience
Immerse students in the demonstrator: investigate, decide, argue, compare individual and collective trade-offs.
- ✓Active engagement, individual and collective
- ✓Argued decisions rather than intuitive ones
- ✓Confrontation of viewpoints in class
AI, digital & metacognition
Understanding what AI does — and what it doesn't. Bias, limits, sources, hallucinations, responsibility.
- ✓Critical thinking about digital tools
