After the film
The participant already knows the events.
Post-film conversational cinema prototype: AI enables exploring a new relationship between audience, character, narrative and technical device.
After the screening, the audience can call Max or Emma and extend their relationship with the film through a conversation set in their world.
Experimental prototype in controlled development. Public releases follow journey, quality and reliability testing.

Où est Ava ? serves as a prototype. Storygami formalises the narrative learnings. GamiWays generalises them.
Où est Ava ? is a post-film conversational experience based on the film Où est Ava ? After the screening, the audience enters a conversation space and dialogues for up to 15 minutes with Max or Emma, depending on which profiles are actually ready in the prototype.
The project tests how cinema can extend as a conversational relationship, without replacing the film or locking in a definitive grammar. This experiment is Storygami's founding case; learnings feed GamiWays as reusable technical infrastructure.
Target audience: technical, institutional and professional partners able to evaluate an R&D prototype — not the general public.

Artistic prototype · conversational cinema
Post-film experimental ground: booth, character, Game Master, narrative memory. Each session tests hypotheses without locking in a definitive grammar.
What flows out
The AVA-specific prototype and the generic Core are developed in parallel.

From thriller to conversational hypothesis.
Why extend a film through conversation — rather than an app, a game or a series?
Booth, audience journey, what the film leaves open.
What does someone actually experience in the booth — minute by minute, after the screening?
Max and Emma, live metrics and safeguards before any wider release.
What already works — and what evidence is still needed before a release?
The narrative control room — without redeploying every tweak.
How do you edit voice, RAG and Game Master without touching code on every take?
17-node stack, sovereignty, real-time constraints.
Which building blocks sustain five to ten minutes of continuous dialogue?
800 field commits — what we know, what we refuse to lock in.
What did we learn by building — and which hypotheses stay open?
Shipped, in progress, end-of-summer 2026 target.
What's stabilized — and what are we aiming for before the first festival showings?
Où est Ava ? usage & latency
Session and fluidity signals specific to the prototype, without mixing them with Edugami.
